A Visa for tourism

 

Tourism in Mexico began registering a light recuperation in the second semester of the year and a continued growth is predicted for 2010, according to the Perspectives of Tourism in 2009, Focus on Mexico report elaborated by Visa.

 

This study, which was applied to 5,539 consumers age 18 and over, revealed that visitors from the United States continue being the ones who contribute the most to the sector?s total income since they represent 80% of the international travelers that arrive to the country.  The other 20% is formed mainly by tourists from Canada, Spain, France and the United Kingdom.
